The Loonies are a gang on Grand Theft Auto 2. The gang is composed of crazy people and they live in the Downtown District's mental hospital and they give Claude Speed some insane missions.

The Loonies also appear on a SRS Scientists mission on Residential District where Claude needs to kill three escaped loonies to get Rednecks respect to get their special Redneck Pickup.
